This is the new style OEM Polaris 3/4 HP Booster Pump. This new design was released in 2012. This booster pump is compatible with all Polaris Vac-Sweep cleaners, 180, 280, 380, 480, and 3900. The PB4-60 pump uses a Magnetek motor for the best performance from your Polaris cleaner. This is a new unit from the manufacturer. Included in the box is the pump and motor complete.

Easy to replace my old one, works great!
I ordered this one morning and got a shipping notification less than an hour later from Pool Zoom. I received the pump the next day and I did not use expedited shipping. Way to go Pool Zoom! Installation was easy. Electrical was straight forward and plumbing was a breeze with the quick connects and flexible hose that came with the pump. I had never used those before, but they really make the installation easy. The pump is very quiet and I am very pleased with this purchase.
I have had to buy three of these in the last five years because the bearings go out so quickly. I would not recommend buying this. Spend your money on something else. This product is worthless.
Replaced our 20 year old booster and this one is definitely a huge improvement. My husband installed it easily.
