I bought one unit recently. I was able to put it together in a few hours. It worked perfectly. In fact, if you are a handyman or you like to build things, I highly recommend this. You can not only learn how this machine works, you will also learn how to optimize its performance. One thing I want to mention is that this package does not include the frame. You will need to use the from from your old machine.

It contains every part but the hoses, and the deck the tubine rests on.
The package I received was apparently a previously returned item. It was re-taped and the interior packaging cardboard was torn. Yet all of the contents were there and in new condition.
