Just performed a major rebuild of our 1991 Polaris 360. The feedpipe we replaced was probably 15 years old, it was the one in the previous upgrade that moved the back-up timer out of the Polaris body, and onto a chunk on the hose. I hadn't realized how loose the rotating connection on the top of the feedpipe had become! The new replacement part is a direct fit, comes with a new O-ring for the bottom end, easy to install. 3 Stainless-Steel screws go through the venturi tube into brass inserts in the feedpipe, to mount the feedpipe. The screws in ours were stuck due to corrosion in the brass inserts in the old feedpipe. Rather than forcing it like a gorilla, a drop of Liquid Wrench into the back of each of the brass inserts freed them up with reasonable screwdriver force applied. The new feedipe has new inserts as part of it, and the old screws were reusable, so no big deal.
