Aquamoto Scrubo Pro Rechargeable Cordless Inground Swimming Pool Cleaner

I have used the Scrubo Pro twice in a week so far. The results are great on my pebble tech inground pool. It really picks up the fine dirt and grime that settles to the bottom of the pool. It falls short of picking up larger leaf and plant material that falls to the bottom, so not so great for those, the intake can get clogged. All in all, I really like the Scrubo Pro. No more vacuum hose and head, or the back pain!

Worked first time right out of the box!

I was surprised at how quick the shipping was. Received it with free shipping just a couple of days after ordering it, which was great because my pool pump is broken, so I can’t vacuum the pool and also needed some circulation in the water until the pump is repaired . Pool Zoom also sold it for $699 which was lower than than Amazon by almost $100, that was great! Up to now Love it! From what I saw, this first use, it did vacuum the pool pretty well. It goes up to the water line fine. It also vacuumed small particles and a few leaves. This first use I set it to 50/50 pool/wall. It was great since my pool pump has been off since it’s broken, until I receive the part which is taking a long time. I don’t think Scrubo will go up my steps or the pool ledge which is a bummer. It worked for about 75 minutes in my rectangular 30x15 salt pool which is only 6’ deep. It also took a lot of time sitting over my round main drain and wasting the energy there; did that 2 times for a long time. I thought it was stuck both times because at how long it just sat there, but it finally got out. The main drain suction was off so it wasn’t because of that. When done, it didn’t park exactly where I dropped it off, but it was at the edge on the shallow end of pool; it comes with a hook to attach to your pool pole and lift it. It’s a little heavy outside of the water at 26 lbs. By the way it went up/down my deep end slope well, which is only about 20 degrees. Next run I will do wall only. I was hoping it would go up my steps . Overall it’s a nice gadget, would be nice if the price was about $500 since it’s not perfect and I am kind of thrifty, but I like it for the vacuuming and circulation it gives my pool. Better than advertised. Simple to use and easy to clean and no cable to mess with.

Cleans the middle of the pool but not the edges. Debris door was also broken when I received the cleaner. Waiting for return instructions.
