Screw holes did not line up with the old one
I was impressed with your quick response and sending the right part in such a short time. thank you for being there.
I have an older product that needed this replacement part. Customer service was great as the screw holes did not line up. When I called the rep was already looking into the issue to respond to my email. After his research it was determined that drilling new holes would not hurt the canister. I drilled the holes and the unit is now working like new. Great company even better customer service.
