Complete kit takes time to rebuild - Instructions are ok but not great - Worth the effort over cost buying new Pool is debris free again- comes with new bag - so having two saves time
This is almost a complete 380 in parts, all genuine Polaris. The only thing you keep from the old unit is the frame. Everything else is included, down to the e-clips. It has a shiny new metallic blue cover and a new complete sweep hose. Also comes with a new bag and back-up valve. My unit was 10 years old with many parts replaced over the years and having everything included in one box was worth the extra cost over the tune up kit. You could easily spend as much as this kit costs on a handful of parts bought individually. Assembly was not hard, it took me about an hour with no surprises. There are instructions in the box, which are clear and anyone who is a do-it-your-selfer should have no problem. The only tools needed are a flat head and phillips head screwdriver and a pair of needle nose for the e-clips. The result is almost a new 380, you will be happy with this kit.

very easy to rebuild an existing Polaris. direction very clear just took a little over an hour. My old Polaris was almost shot now it is brand new!!
When you open the box and see all those parts it can be a little intimidating. But if you've ever replaced the belts on your Polaris then you can do this. The kit comes with instructions and a decent diagram that shows how everything fits together and all the interior hoses are already installed by the factory. The kit includes all new parts with the exception of the interior main frame so your Polaris looks and works like a brand new one when completed. It does not include the supply hose which I knew when I ordered the kit so if your hose is bad then order that separately. I replaced my hoses a couple years ago so I just used my old hoses again.
Have ordered several items from Pool Zoom. Shipping has been very fast and the products arrived as described. This kit had everything but the feed hose and will rebuild my Polaris instead of buying a new one. Good value. Rebuilding is about 50% cheaper than a new one and can be done in an hour or two
