Polaris 9-100-9010 Tune-up kits are a convenient way to order all parts necessary to put your Polaris back in tip-top condition. This kit will rebuild the drive train, including belts, axles, turbines, gears, wheels, bearings, and tires. Also included is a new all-purpose filter bag. This tune-up kit will work in the Polaris 360 or 380 models. The kit includes Installation Instructions, which can be downloaded on this page under the downloads section below.

Fairly easy install of all new parts for my Polaris 380. Wasn't working too well at the end of last season and a pool tech said it was in need of new bearings, etc. and wanted me to replace the whole thing. However, PoolZoom had this rebuild kit at a great price so decided to rebuild instead of buying a whole new unit. Install was fairly simple. Looks like I have much more life left in my cleaner.

The tune Up Kit came in took about 2 hours total to take out and change out all the inner moving parts. Polaris runs like new. Saved hundreds of dollars!
