This is a Hayward-branded replacement, as many other sites show this product and ship a cheap substitute. But because it is not 4' as listed, I have a problem that PoolZoom.com has done nothing to solve. No one answers the phone and chats (when answered) have no follow-up.
This product was received timely and was exactly as described. The quality is wonderful.....I will definitely use this vendor again!!!!!
