I had problems with my Polaris cleaner falling off the pool wall and flipping upside down. I wouldn't complete a cycle and left leaves in the bottom of the pool. I read some reviews and discovered that the really fine mesh filter basket, which I had, will cause this if the mesh gets clogged. I ordered this basket and run it first to pick up all the leaves. No issues with the pool cleaner flipping over. Then I run the fine mesh basket every couple of days after running the leaf basket to remove silt from the bottom of the pool. I use a spray cleaner on the basket and soak it in between uses. If there is a lot of sand, the cleaner won't finish the cycle before clogging, but it's okay because the leaf basket has already picked up all the leaves. Pool Zoom service is great; parts are high quality replacement parts. Will be a repeat customer.
