The part arrived very quickly and solved my problem. EASY install
Fit perfectly and install was easy. I did need to pry out the mounting screws from the original and use a little force to reinstall the new mounting screws.
The part was an exact match. It fixed my cleaner from running in circles. Now it covers the entire pool. Small sand particles wear out the gears over time. My only complaint is how long it took to receive my order.
Product was OEM and no negative surprise in the item. Reason for the Great rating was after I received the delivery information and a couple of days passed with no update from USPS, I emailed PoolZoom and asked for status update. My address was rendered unreadable by weather damage and returned to PoolZoom. I was informed of this delay and when they re-shipped the item you were very good about updating me on the delivery status as the USPS tracking site was not. I appreciate the communications and followup.
The gearbox works good. It came quick.
