My only suggestion is the packaging “directions” could tell you that plumbing tape will need to be added to both valves. It would have saved us some time. Other than that the replacement parts were as expected!

Unfortunately, we ordered the wrong part for our pool filter. Phone call with Customer Service Representative Jeff at Pool Zoom did a superb job in assisting us in ordering the correct part for our Model CX800F Hayward Filter & additionally provided complete instructions for the return of the wrong part ordered. Although we are awaiting the shipment of the correct head dome, we are completely satisfied with the high level of customer service provided by Pool Zoom.
